Properly Installed Condensate Neutralizers

It probably goes without saying, but it is very important to install a Condensate Neutralizer correctly in order for it to work right. When installed properly and maintained correctly, a Condensate Neutralizer can function the proper way and protect valuable plumbing as well as the environment.

What Does A Properly Installed Unit Look Like?

Here are a few images of Condensate Neutralizers that have been correctly installed on residential units. This is only a visual reference but detailed explanations can be found in the above PDF’s.

Properly Installed Condensate Neutralizer

FCN – 30V

This is our Fireside Condensate Neutralizer – 30V installed on a tankless unit. The unions on each end make it extremely simple and easy to install even in tight spaces. This neutralizer will protect this resident’s plumbing from damaging condensate for as long as it is maintained.

FCN – 30

Here we have the Fireside Condensate Neutralizer – 30 which is almost the same as the above unit, only this unit gets mounted horizontally rather than vertically. This rather small Neutralizer is able to properly maintain the condensate from an appliance putting out up to  300,000 BTU. It is easy to install and the unions on each end make refilling the medium a breeze.
